My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jack Sparrow

Male

Border Collie mix

DOB: 11-14-25

Current weight: 12 pounds and growing

Good with dogs. Unknown with cats

Kennel training- Is going well but he’s just too young yet to go a full evening. He does alert that he needs to go out.

Ahoy Mattey! Are you ready to set sail (furever) with Jack Sparrow? Captain Jack promises it will be full of love, snuggles, fun and sweetness.

Jack Sparrow came into rescue young, tiny and very sick. However, Jack Sparrow is a fighter as well as a lover. He has recovered very well and is learning that life is fun, warm and safe.

Jack Sparrow loves to snuggle. Whether it’s in your robes, your vests, or some blankets as long as he’s attached to you. He nuzzles in and melts your heart.

Jack Sparrow is food motivated and is learning prompts and commands. He is only getting up once over night to go outside and then right back to sleep.

Sweet Jack Sparrow would never tell you to “walk the plank” for not falling in love with him, although that doesn’t matter because it’s not possible to not fall in love with this amazing Captain!
