Midnight and Shy are an adorable, bonded pair of 9-month-old brothers who are looking for a forever home together. They were surrendered through no fault of their own when their previous owner could no longer care for them.
Midnight is easy to spot with his sleek, shiny black coat and even easier to love—he’s over-the-top friendly, affectionate, and always ready to be part of whatever you’re doing. Shy, his handsome brother, sports a soft white coat with brown tabby markings. True to his name, Shy is a bit more reserved at first, but once he feels safe, his sweet and gentle personality shines through.
These boys balance each other perfectly and are just as cute as can be. They get along wonderfully with other cats and would thrive in a home where they can continue to grow, play, and cuddle together. Adoption hours are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 12 PM - 7 PM and Friday & Saturday 12 PM - 4 PM. We are closed on Sundays.

The Gloucester County Animal Shelter functions as an impoundment/adoption facility which temporarily houses lost, stray, unwanted or abandoned pets for the 24 municipalities in Gloucester County, until such time as they are reclaimed by their owner or adopted by a new family.The Shelter also provides a 24-hour emergency service for calls regarding animals that are sick, injured or posing an immediate threat to the public.
We have a very dedicated staff and volunteer core who work very hard to see that these homeless pets are given a second chance and placed in a proper homes. All animals are spayed/neutered at the time of their adoption and up to date on their age appropriate vaccinations, Heartworm tested (for dogs) or feline combination tested (for cats) and microchipped.
