My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Shortbread is sure to make your life a little sweeter! She is pure sunshine and endless love baked into one dog—the kind of pup who’s easy to love and a true delight to have around. Always eager to meet new friends, Shortbread thrives on attention and affection. When it’s time to settle down, she loves to plop herself right on top of you to make sure she gets the full cuddles she absolutely deserves.

She’s also a smart cookie (pun intended!)—Shortbread picks up puzzle toys quickly and is an attentive listener, often with a curious ear perked toward her surroundings.

Happy, affectionate, intelligent, and endlessly loving, Shortbread will bring so much joy to the lucky home that gets to call her theirs.

------------------------------------

This dog is considered a mixed breed because it’s not accurate to identify breed mix by sight alone, so for most dogs, their mix is only a guess. We get to know each dog as an individual and strive to make matches based on personality, not on breed label.

This dog is currently located in a PAWS foster home. In order to meet with any dogs in foster care, you will need to have a fully processed and approved application first. To get the adoption process started, please complete the adoption application at phillypaws.org/dogapp.
