Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Rabbit is a sweet and gentle puppy that can be a little shy at first. She is looking for a calm, understanding home with older teens or adults only, no small children, please. Too much noise and activity can be overwhelming for her. Once she feels safe, Rabbit truly blossoms into a total love bug. She enjoys affection, gentle companionship, and being close to her people. We believe she would thrive in a home with other friendly animals who could help boost her confidence and show her the ropes.
With patience, kindness, and a peaceful environment, Rabbit will make a deeply loyal and loving companion. She’s just waiting for the right home to help her feel secure and shine.

More about this rescue
We are a volunteer, 501(c)(3) non-profit, no-kill shelter.
Visit our website at HeartofRI.org for an in depth view of our policies, procedures, fees, and exactly what they include.
Unfortunately, due to past issues with landlords/housing/insurance, a restricted breed policy is in place for Bully breed/Pit Bull type dogs. This means that you must own your home and provide proof of homeownership to adopt a Bully breed/Pit Bull dog or puppy. While we understand that this may be an inconvenience, it is necessary to help reduce the number of devastated dogs being returned. We apologize for the inconvenience.
