My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Lydia 🌸

Lydia is a 3-year-old beauty with the sweetest little face and an even sweeter personality to match. Thanks to her time in foster care, we’ve been able to see just how wonderfully she settles into a home environment — and she truly shines!

While Lydia is a quiet and polite little lady, she is absolutely starving for affection. This girl lives to love her people. She wants to snuggle, stretch out across your lap, follow you from room to room, and “help” with whatever you’re doing. If you’re looking for a constant companion, Lydia is ready to apply for the position.

She’s incredibly sweet, a champion purr box, and a dedicated biscuit maker. Lydia is polite with other cats and does well with kids, making her a lovely fit for many different types of homes. Although she may have been a bit overwhelmed in the shelter environment, she has proven in foster care that she handles everyday household noises just fine and adapts beautifully.

Lydia would thrive with someone who truly wants an affectionate, devoted cat that gives love freely and often. If you’re hoping for a best friend who will adore you every single day, Lydia is your girl. 💕 🐾💗

All of our cats and kittens go home spayed or neutered, microchipped, and up to date on their core vaccines, as well as flea and tick preventatives. Each adoption also includes a 3.5-pound bag of Iams cat food and a free vet exam at one of our participating veterinary partners.
