Mia is the sweetest little girl who arrived at the shelter on 1/29/26. Unfortunately, her owner relinquished care due to having too many dogs in the home. This is such a sad story. Poor Mia, who is so loving and just wants to be held and cuddled because she is now alone and scared. She is calm and readily sits and lays down when instructed. Please stop by to adopt this precious little one to join your family.
Mia is 6 years old and weighs 20 pounds. She is UTD on vaccines and has tested negative for heartworms. She is awaiting spay and will be microchipped upon adoption. Please stop by to meet this adorable little girl. Mia is in cage 319;her ID # is 16596.

Cobb County Animal Services was established in 1971. As part of Cobb's Department of Public Safety, we serve the entire county, protecting the residents and animals of Cobb.
The mission of the Cobb County Animal Services Unit is to enforce state laws and county ordinances pertaining to animal control and management; educate the community on responsible pet ownership and wildlife care and provide housing and care for homeless animals, while coordinating their adoptions when possible and humane euthanization when adoptions are not possible.
