If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Jesse is a 2-year-old neutered male with a gentle, sweet personality. He’s a little shy at first and doesn’t love loud noises, but once he feels safe, he’s incredibly affectionate and cuddly. He’ll follow you around the house, want to be near you at all times, and happily soak up attention.
He’s playful and silly—he ignores most toys in favor of hair ties—and he loves sitting by windows watching everything outside. Very curious and very nosy in a charming way.
Jesse does well with other cats and has been around a dog a couple of times and was okay. He’s also been around older kids without issue, but he hasn’t spent time around younger children. He would do best in a calm, low-stress home.
He can be an anxious guy in busy environments and has had occasional stress-related litter box issues in my current living situation. I truly believe he would thrive in a quieter, more stable home.
I’m rehoming Jesse only because I’m moving abroad and want to ensure he has a happy, secure future.
