Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Walter White is an all white DSH cat who was brought to us because his previous family could no longer keep him. He is a super friendly guy who loves everyone, including dogs, other cats, and children! He is not a big fan of storms or loud noises, and usually retreats to his favorite cat tree to ride out the scariness. WW loves to be brushed and really just loves attention in general. This sweet silly guy loves hanging out with his favorite humans and needs someone to give him the love and stability he deserves! Walter White does have a history of crystals in his urine, so he is required to stay on a prescription diet of C/D food for urinary health. His date of birth is 3/12/2012.
Our adoption fee is $125 for small breed dogs under 20 pounds and $100 for all other dogs and cats unless otherwise noted in their bio. Every pet available for adoption is current on shots spayed/neutered, and microchipped. You may submit an application online for pre-approval and to set an appointment or you can visit the shelter Wednesday - Sunday from 11am - 5pm. Please note that the kennels close for pet viewing at 4:30pm.

More about this shelter
The mission of the Humane Society of Pulaski County is to rescue, care for and find homes for abandoned, abused, homeless and unwanted animals; to reduce suffering of animals; and to reduce the number of homeless animals through adoption, spay/neuter, and through education.
The Humane Society of Pulaski County provides access to low-cost, healthy, inoculated, sterilized animals to people seeking to adopt animals as pets only. Adopters are screened to see if they can provide the basics of care for the animals, proper housing, and continued veterinary maintenance; and have no history of animal abuse or irresponsible ownership.
The Humane Society is a private no-kill shelter, supported solely by donations, fund-raisers, bequests and grants. We receive no city, county or state funding, nor are we affiliated with any other organization. We have been rescuing animals since 1946, and have been in our present building since 2000.
