Meet Piglet. He is an absolutely adorable puppy looking for a foster or forever home. He is 5 months old and is likely a Shepherd mix. He has the kind of face that makes you smile the second you meet him. Piglet can be a little shy at first, but he warms up quickly and will quickly show off his gentle, loving personality.
Piglet would do wonderfully in a home with other friendly animals, who can help him build confidence and show him the ropes. He would also be a great match for a family with older children (ages 10 and up) who can respect his space and help to teach him. He is up to date on vaccinations and has been neutered.

HOW TO GO ABOUT ADOPTING:
- Come in during adoption hours to apply and fill out an application completely. We have applications on site. Open adoption hours take place at 44 Worthington Road in Cranston, RI. We are open every Wednesday 3-7pm and Saturday 10am-2pm.

- We require proof of homeownership (tax form, deed, mortgage statement) or landlord approval (a copy of your lease that clearly states you are allowed to have a dog, puppy, cat, or kitten OR written and signed consent from your landlord.
- We require copies of up to date vet records for any current pets.

*Please bring the entire family in to meet the animal you are interested in.
*We will setup a meet and greet with your dog at a later date. PLEASE do not bring your dog with you when you come in to apply.

Unfortunately, due to past issues with landlords/housing/insurance, a restricted breed policy is in place for Bully breed/Pit Bull type dogs. This means that you must own your home and provide proof of homeownership to adopt a Bully breed/Pit Bull dog or puppy. While we understand that this may be an inconvenience, it is necessary to help reduce the number of devastated dogs being returned. We apologize for the inconvenience.
