This helps Town and Country Animal Rescue with pet care costs.
Meet Enid
Enid is a young yellow Labrador Retriever who is just beginning to discover how wonderful the world can be. She came from a hoarding situation, so everything is still very new to her. Because of that, Enid is a bit shy at first and will need a patient, understanding home that will give her the time and space she needs to feel safe.
Once Enid starts to trust, her gentle and sweet nature really comes through. She’s a kind soul who wants to be loved, she just needs a little reassurance and consistency to help her build confidence. Enid will do best with adopters who understand that progress may be slow at first, but incredibly rewarding.
With a calm environment, routine, and lots of kindness, Enid has all the potential to blossom into a loving and loyal companion. Watching her learn to feel safe and loved will be one of the most special parts of bringing her into your home.
The adoption fee is $400 + tax and covers age-appropriate vaccines, a microchip, and a spay/neuter.
We're open from 12-4 PM Tuesday - Saturday!! Did you know you don't need to have an appointment to visit our available cats and dogs***? Simply drop by and if you find a potential new furry friend, you can fill out an application on the day you visit. Go to townandcountryanimalrescue.org to fill out our digital application. Applications are typically processed in 3-5 business days.
Once you're approved, you can return on the date and time set up by your adoption counselor, with your family for a meet and greet. If it goes well, you can take your new best friend home on the meet and greet day!
If you have other dogs in your home, they must all meet the potential adoptee. It may save you a trip to bring them with you when you visit, if you are certain you want to adopt a new family member.
***Please note that animals in foster homes cannot be viewed at our rescue, and appointments are still required to meet them.
