Hi! My name is Marra! I am a beautiful 2 year old flashy fawn girl that was found as a stray before coming to my rescue foster home! I have medium to high energy that is easily controllable. I am a "girls' girl" and prefer female human companions, but am ok with men. There is a teenage human in my home and I adore her! I also see kids during my walks and am non reactive to them. I do whine and cry when the humans aren't around so when I have to be alone, I am crated. I'm not overly excited about the crate, but will go in with coaxing and calm after a few minutes of whining. One of my favorite things to do is find my favorite toys and collect them on my preferred dog bed in the open crate. There are two boxer boys in my foster home and after slow one-on-one leashed intros, I have found my place in the pack and am fine with them. I had a short stay in another foster home and slow intros were needed then too so it is imperative that I am given patience and slow introductions to other dogs in the home. I am house trained and my foster mom says I have excellent leash training manners, aside from the slight reactions to smaller dogs. Overall I am a lovely girl and if you think I would make a great addition to your family contact the rescue today because I am waiting to meet you!
