This affectionate, playful little guy forms strong bonds with his people and loves being close by. He’s happiest as a devoted companion and daily sidekick. Before coming to rescue, Harley lived in a condo where he didn’t have a yard or space to roam, so he’s now discovering the joy of fresh air, open space, and being part of a home environment. Harley is crate trained and does well when left alone during the workday. When you’re home, he prefers to be with you — he’s a very people-focused dog who loves companionship. He enjoys playing with dogs his own size or slightly bigger- he’s 22lbs. Like many small dogs, he prefers structure around food and high-value items. Our foster dogs/pups are all in foster homes and can be met by appointment. We also will have regular adoption events at PetSmart and Pet Supply Plus stores.
