My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

🖤FOSTER-TO-ADOPT RAMBO🖤
M | 7Y | Neutered | Mixed Breed | 4.25 KG | UTD on vetting | Dog tested | Kid tested | No cats | Low-to-Medium Energy | Sweet & Spicy | Fostered in Burlington

Light, camera, Rambo! Our furry friend is giving main character energy with all the majesty and wisdom in his beautiful soul. You need a cuddle? Rambo has you covered! Wanna take a nap? Rambo does too! He may seem tough on the exterior, but he is actually a sweetie pie who has unlimited love and protection for his humans!

If there is one thing Rambo loves, it is walks! Don’t let his relaxed, laid-back demeanour fool you. He has an active side! Although he is not a fan of the cold, snow or rain. So make sure he is bundled up on those walks!

Meeting new people can be challenging. Rambo can find it hard at times. He would prefer it if new humans let him come to them. That way, Rambo can slowly warm up to people when he feels good about it and show off his charisma!

Rambo has an interesting relationship with the kiddies. In his foster home, we have seen him do well with older kids! His furever home will need to take extra care in introducing him to the children and setting boundaries between him and the children. When it comes to dogs, he can be very selective. At our founder's home, he did really well with other dogs when provided structure/boundaries and guidance. Rambo is currently living with a foster who has a young pup, and although he wasn't all that interested at first, he came around to his foster sibling with time. He has shown that he's not into puppy energy, so he might be better with dogs that have that same chill energy. He co-existed with a senior cat previously, but with his current foster he is always chasing them. It seems like he’s trying to play but the cats are not interested.

His future family will be the luckiest family in the world to have Rambo in their lives. He truly is a gem more valuable than any jewel there is.
