If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Sam is a handsome male Flame Point Siamese, about 7 years old and neutered. We adopted him as a kitten from the Bradshaw Animal Shelter, and he’s been a gentle, loving companion ever since. Sam is shy by nature and prefers a calm, quiet home. He often spends his days resting in cozy hiding spots, but when he’s comfortable, he enjoys napping beside my wife or curled up in her lap.
Sam has a playful and talkative side and loves interactive toys, especially the Go Cat Teaser Cat Catcher Wand from Petco. He is very tolerant, not known to scratch or bite, and even does well with bath time. He occasionally goes outside for some fresh air but always returns home throughout the day.
When Sam becomes overly excited, he may express his anal glands, which we’ve only noticed during moments of high excitement. He is not currently up to date on vaccinations.
Sam would do best in a quiet, loving home with patient owners who will let him settle in at his own pace.
