Looking to connect with anyone with experience with dogs with past trauma, rescues, and large breeds….who might be wiing to open their hearts and home to a 9 year old Pyr named Arthur.
I have had increasing challenges with anxiety and depression which led to a hospital stay for panic attacks this week.
I have pretty much arrived at the decision that it is really best for Arthur for me to find a loving and quiet home for him so that I can move home with my parents. (Moving home with him is not an option, due to many circumstances).
Arthur is a very sweet boy, but he would do better in a house with a fenced in backyard and not in a noisy apartment by a noisy street (which is a massive contributor to my stress)……And I cannot afford to give him anything more than an apartment
Ideally, he would go to a home with people who are familiar with rescues and a dog who is going to need some time to adjust to a new home after being with me for 7+ years
