Adoption ApplicationRudy is a four month old mixed breed puppy. His mom is an Australian Shepherd. His dad is a hound mix. We expect Rudy to be a large dog when full grown. Our adoption fee is $175 and includes age appropriate vaccines, vet check, spay/neuter and a microchip. Please complete the application below if you are interested.
