Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Milk — yes, Milk — and yes, he’s just as smooth and comforting as his name. 🥛🐶
Milk is about 3 years old and is the perfect Chihuahua/Beagle blend: sweet, gentle, and refreshingly low-key. He’s a quiet pup who knows how to entertain himself… and others. He’ll happily play fetch with his foster mom, or—when she’s busy—play fetch with himself like the independent king he is.
Milk is well-mannered and comes with the basics already installed: he knows some commands, is pee-pad trained, and crate trained (even though he currently enjoys crate-free living). He’s good with kids and cats and would love to be the only dog in the home so he can soak up all the attention without competition.
If you’re looking for a calm, affectionate companion who might casually toss his own toy in the air just to keep things interesting—Milk might be your perfect match. Sweet, simple, and easy to love. 💙

Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable, so for most of the dogs, we are only guessing at the predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each dog as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not by breed label.
We expect that all adopted dogs will enroll in a formal dog training class with their new owners. Obedience and training classes are an excellent way to learn more about your newly adopted dog, gain handling and training experience, and improve your relationship with your pet.
