We adopted Boo from an out of state hunting breeder. She had failed out of hunting school and they were looking for someone to take her. She had only ever been in a kennel and had received some limited training.
She has been with us for about 3 months and has done well. She was initially incredibly timid and had never been in a home, but she has increased in confidence, although she is still timid. She is indifferent to our cats and chickens and gets on well with our kids. She loves to play and chase and would benefit from a home where she can interact a lot with her owner. She is crate trained and mostly house-broken, but we still limit her area in the house.
