My name is Coretta!

Hi… I’m Coretta. I’m named after Coretta Scott King, and like her, I tend to stay in the background — calm, observant, and quietly present. I’m not the first one to run up and greet you, and I don’t make a big fuss when someone new walks in. I prefer to watch from a safe spot until I’m sure everything feels right.

But once I know you’re kind, something in me melts. A gentle voice, a slow blink, a soft hand reaching out — that’s all it takes for me to step forward. And if you stroke my cheeks or run your hand over my head, I close my eyes and lean in like I’ve been waiting for that moment all day.

I’m a shy girl, but I have a warm heart. I just like to give it at my own pace. If you’re patient and gentle, I’ll become your quiet little shadow, happy to share peaceful moments and soft purrs.
