Our $75 adoption fee includes: FeLV and/or FIV test, spay or neuter, microchip insertion and registration, age-appropriate up-to-date vaccinations, flea treatment, deworming, and any other medical care needed. Basic responsible pet ownership is annual wellness exams, booster exams, current rabies and distemper vaccines for cats & dogs. Dogs must be on heartworm prevention. Pet cats, inside or outside, must have tested negative FeLV/FIV, and proof of a negative test result is required. Cats and dogs in the household must be spayed or neutered. An application with a vet-check and rental check, if applicable, is required before adoption. **To request an application, write petadoptions@sheetspetclinic.com.** The adoption fee is refundable if during the two weeks after adoption you find that the cat isn't a match for your household. We'll assist in finding a better match. Even after the two-week period, we ask that our cats come back to us if the adopter is no longer able to care for the pet.
