Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Milky Way, born approximately 4/1/2024, is a very large, handsome black panther of a cat with a heart just as big as his paws. This gentle giant is the definition of laid-back and mellow—nothing ruffles his feathers (or fur) except for the sight of other cats.. He moves through life at an easygoing pace, soaking up love and giving it right back tenfold. He has such a soulful gaze with bold green eyes, kissable cheeks, a tall, wide frame, and sweet little white bowtie adorned on his neck.
Affection is Milky Way’s love language. He’s a super loving, LOYAL, charmer who adores attention, leans into pets, and happily settles in for long cuddle sessions. One of his signature moves? Making jumbo biscuits with his enormous panther paws—an endearing, rhythmic reminder of just how content and happy he is.
Despite his impressive size, Milky Way is pure softness inside and out. He’s sweet, calm, and deeply people-oriented—the kind of cat who makes your home feel instantly warmer and more peaceful just by being there.
If you’re dreaming of a gentle, affectionate companion who will love you with his whole big heart (and knead you with those legendary paws), Milky Way is ready to take center stage in your universe.

NO RISK! Adoption fee is refundable for two weeks to make sure you've found a match for your household. Even after two-week period, we'll take the adopted cat back for any reason.
Come to our adoption fairs, held every second and fourth Saturday at Sheets Pet Clinic (809 Chimney Rock Court, Greensboro, NC, 27409) from 1-3pm, unless the Saturday falls on an observed holiday. At the clinic on those days, you can visit sometimes 40 kittens/cats at one time, interact with them in a quiet environment, spend as much time as you like with them in exam rooms. Foster parents or staff are always on hand to help you make the best match for your household. Watch for announcements on our Facebook page!
