My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My husband have had our border collie since he was 8 weeks old, and he just turned 5 in January.

He’s has issues with resource guarding and reactivity. He does well at doggy daycare and warms up to people once he has a few moments to sniff and bark at them.

The issue is that we now have a baby and our dog is just not happy. His resource guarding has gotten worse and he’s constantly stressed. My husband and I also just no longer have the time to devote to his needs.

Our dog would thrive in a home with experienced collie owners. He needs a home with no children. He has never been around cats, but he has shown prey drive towards other small animals like squirrels and rabbits. He will likely do best as a singleton animal.

Our dog is so sweet and goofy. He’s got that classic border collie neuroticness. He loves car rides and playing fetch. In the summertime, he likes to chill out in one of those kiddie pools.

We are based in the Harrisburg area.
