My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Copper 🐾

Copper is a 7-month-old hound with a heart as big as his floppy ears. He was recently surrendered because he had a habit of wandering, but don’t let that fool you—this boy is all sweetness and affection and is ready to settle into the right home.

Copper does have demodectic mange, which has caused some patchy hair loss. The good news? It is NOT contagious and is very manageable. Flare-ups tend to happen when a dog is under stress, and Copper simply needs monthly heartworm and flea/tick prevention to help keep his skin healthy.

What Copper really needs most is a loving, patient, and supportive home where he can feel safe and secure. In return, he’ll give you endless loyalty, cuddles, and the chance to become your very best friend.

If you’re willing to give this sweet boy the love and stability he deserves, Copper is ready to choose you 💛
