Elfie, born approximately 8/1/2025, is the tiniest enchantress of the winter woodland—a petite dark gray, brown, and white tabby girl whose every feature seems dusted with a touch of holiday magic. With perfect snow-capped mittens, a darling tiny milk mustache, and a smoldering pair of golden eyes that could melt a sleet storm, she’s a walking, purring ornament of pure charm.
Elfie is shaped like a little round snow puff—compact, cuddly, and irresistibly soft-she looks like a munchkin cat. Her face is adorably petite and cherubic, giving her a permanently sweet, “just-asked-for-a-treat” expression. And ask she will—because when Elfie wants love, she transforms into a rolling cinnamon bun of affection. She flops, she flips, she rolls and rolls, making eager biscuits with her frosted paws, begging (with no shame at all) for you to notice her and pour on the pets.
Gentle, snuggly, and impossibly endearing, Elfie is the kind of kitten who could thaw even the frostiest heart. She’s ready to curl up in someone’s arms and be their cozy little elf forever.
Adopting from Sheets Pet Adoption is simple! Request an application, answer a few follow-up questions, then when your application is approved, we set up a meet-greet. The application helps us guide you to your best match. If we do not have your best match, we can refer you to other great rescue groups.

Our adoption fee is $100 for each cat 6 months and older, $150 if you adopt two 6+ month-old cats at the same time. $125 for each kitten, $200 for two kittens adopted at the same time. That fee includes spay or neuter, microchipping (we register the chip for you), testing for FeLV (Feline Leukemia) and/or FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus), current, age-appropriate vaccinations, flea treatment and deworming. All adoptees receive an âÂÂexit examâ from one of our veterinarians before going home.

NO RISK! Adoption fee is refundable for two weeks to make sure you've found a match for your household. Even after two-week period, we'll take the adopted cat back for any reason.
Come to our adoption fairs, held every second and fourth Saturday at Sheets Pet Clinic (809 Chimney Rock Court, Greensboro, NC, 27409) from 1-3pm, unless the Saturday falls on an observed holiday. At the clinic on those days, you can visit sometimes 40 kittens/cats at one time, interact with them in a quiet environment, spend as much time as you like with them in exam rooms. Foster parents or staff are always on hand to help you make the best match for your household. Watch for announcements on our Facebook page!
