If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
The good: Odin is an amazing family dog. He is incredibly tolerant and gentle with our toddler climbing, tugging without a single flinch. He is goofy, affectionate, and every bit the fun, loving Boxer personality. Odin is a power chewer and loves durable toys like rubber toys and tug ropes. He will happily play fetch with a ball for quite a while and really enjoys interactive play and engagement with his people. What he needs: Odin needs to be an only pet. He has been struggling with resource guarding, and conflicts with our other dog have become more frequent. We have consulted professionals and done our best to manage the situation, but ultimately the safety of our child and all of our animals has to come first.
He also does best with structure. Odin needs to be kenneled when left alone in the house
