If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
King truly lives up to his name — he’s a big boy at about 20 lbs, with an equally big heart. He is a sweet, affectionate, people-loving neutered male cat who enjoys calm companionship and lounging near his humans.
Why rehoming: Since a move about 6 months ago, his relationship with our other cat has become increasingly tense. We believe King would do best as an only cat in a quiet, predictable home.
Medical/litterbox note: King has periodic litter box accidents, especially during times of stress. He has had a full veterinary workup (no infection, crystals, diabetes), and this is believed to be stress-related. We are currently discussing behavioral medication.
King is not aggressive with people and has done well around respectful kids. We are committed to transparency and will share veterinary records and history.
