My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Patches

Patches is a young female Domestic Short Hair with a lovely merle-patterned coat and a quiet, sensitive nature. She is on the shy side and can be skittish in new environments, especially around sudden movement or unfamiliar people. Patches is not aggressive — she simply needs time, patience, and a calm space to feel safe.

In a home that allows her to warm up at her own pace, Patches has the potential to blossom. She will do best with adopters who understand that trust takes time and are willing to let her set the pace for interaction. Sitting nearby, speaking softly, and offering routine and consistency will go a long way in helping her gain confidence.

Patches would thrive in a low-traffic, quiet household, ideally without young children or very active pets. Once she feels secure, she is expected to become more comfortable and may begin seeking gentle interaction on her own terms.

She is fully vetted, healthy, and ready for a home that values patience and understands that some of the most rewarding bonds come from giving a shy cat the time she needs to feel safe.We are open to the public Tuesday - Sunday (1PM - 5PM)! No Appointments required!
