What we know: Listed as an owner surrender intake at Espanola Humane in New Mexico. Mama Reba (~3 years) and her 6 puppies (~2 weeks at time of surrender, 3M 3F, closer to 5 weeks at time of transfer) were transferred to CPR after URI symptoms that delayed initial transport had resolved. Puppies and mom were separated ~4 weeks of age at the shelter shortly before transport due to foster needs, mom was spayed and puppies on kibble.
From the foster: Puppy number 70, or Poe, as we like to call him, will write his love all over your heart. Hopefully you agree that his way is a bit sweeter than his namesake of Edgar Allen Poe! He has a soft coat and a soft spirit that you will love. Poe is learning to master the potty pads and going potty outside. He is already a master at eating and playing! While his words are not scary like Edgar Allen’s, his puppy teeth still are. He will try his best to make up for it though with sweet puppy kisses! If you are ready to add some poetry and storytelling to your life, come meet Poe (puppy 70) this weekend!

Most of our puppies are mixed mutts under 12 weeks old, some are as old as 6 months. We do not have a shelter.
