Their adoption process
We adopt kittens in pairs (under 1 year of age) and consider adoptions of single kittens into homes that already have a well-matched kitten or cat. We do not split bonded pairs. Some of our adult cats prefer to reign solo as the only cat in the home. While the majority of our adoptables are at the Adoption Centre and in our foster network, there are a small number of cats available for adoption at the RAPS Cat Sanctuary.
Adoption steps

- Even if you don't have a specific pet in mind, it is a good idea to submit an application so we can try to find the best match for you.
- Visit the Facility and Find a Pet
- We house adoptables at both our Adoption Centre as well as in temporary foster homes. The centre is open on Sat / Sun from 1 - 4 pm.
- Meet the Pet
- Interview
- A phone or in-person interview is arranged.
- Approve Application
- Sign Adoption Contract
- Pay Fee
