My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Roger — A Gentle Heart with So Much Love to Give

Roger is a shy but incredibly loving boy who’s searching for a quiet, steady, indoor-only home where he can truly relax and feel safe. He may take a little time to warm up, but once he trusts you, Roger’s soft affection and sweet presence make every moment feel special.

Roger has a heart murmur, so he’ll need a family who already has (or is willing to establish) a regular relationship with a veterinarian—nothing scary, just a little extra care for a very deserving kitty

He seems to do well with mature kids who respect boundaries, and with a slow, thoughtful introduction, Roger appears comfortable with other cats. Dogs are a no-thank-you for this gentle guy.

Roger’s Perfect Setup:

Plenty of comfy hiding spots for peaceful downtime

Cat trees & scratching posts for stretching and confidence

Window perches for calm bird-watching sessions

Tons of toys, especially interactive and catnip ones

Favorite Things:
Treats, wet food, catnip, and quiet quality time

If you’re looking for a tender-hearted companion who will blossom with patience and love, Roger is ready to steal your heart—one soft purr at a time
