If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
We acquired Winston in June 2025 after his momma passed away. We have 2 other dogs, a male and female. We've noticed Winston doesn't get along well with male dogs and prefers women. He is housebroken but occasionally pees in the house. Unsure why, but does well with a dog door. When we first got him we didn't have a dog door and put out a pee pad and he would use it. We assume his momma used these as well. He doesn't chew on shoes but I go to Goodwill periodically to get him blankets, as he likes to chew them, so he doesn't get our blankets.
He's a sweet dog and he still likes to play. He plays with our female dog daily. And he likes to chase me around the house.
Unsure how old he is. Somewhere between 10-15. Doesn't appear to have any health conditions, other than being overweight, which we've been working on.
