Bud is a loving cat of 8 years, his birthday is June 12. He’s mostly black with a little white on his belly. He loves to curl up on your chest and prick you with his claws in the evening to get some pets.
But, Bud needs more personalized attention than we can provide him. He lives with 2 dogs and loves one of them, but the other is much more pushy towards him and this causes some behavioral issues in the household.
In the spring and summer, he loves going outside, even overnight. He will always be at the back door in the morning ready for some food. He catches mice and places them where he hopes you might see them, but I wouldn’t say he’s a great hunter or good for pest control as we have a large barn and he refuses to go in it.
Overall I think he would make a good companion for somebody who is able to give him more attention than I am able, such as a child or cat lover. He’s shy at first but once he gets to know you, he is very cuddly. He is house-trained and up to date on shots
