🐶 Name: Dongdong
🎂 Age: Estimated 3 years old
♂️ Gender: Male
⚖️ Weight: 19 lb
🐕 Breed: Terrier mix
🎨 Color: White
✂️ Neutered: Yes

🧡 Personality & Social Skills
Dongdong may appear a little cautious at first, but once he has time to observe and feel safe, he warms up very quickly.

👩 With women:
Careful during first meetings, but relaxes quickly and becomes friendly. Loves treats.

👨 With men:
Likes to sniff and observe at first greetings, but bonds easily with treats.

👶 With kids:
Generally no major issues, but he may express playfulness by gently grabbing hands or feet, so supervision is recommended.

🐶 With dogs:
Curious when meeting other dogs on walks and enjoys sniffing and observing.
He doesn’t fully know how to play yet and may growl during play.

🐱 With cats:
Shows little interest.

🏠 Energy Level & Lifestyle
Dongdong has a medium energy level and enjoys balanced daily activities.
He is smart, quick-witted, and very perceptive.

🚽 Habits & Training
✔ Potty trained — prefers outdoor potty
✔ Very occasional accidents if he urgently needs to go
✔ Crate training: in progress

🔔 Barking:
May bark briefly when strangers enter the home, but becomes quiet after sniffing and getting familiar.

🖐 Handling & Touch
Once bonded, Dongdong enjoys gentle petting and affection.
He is sensitive about having his paws touched.
When asking to play, he may grab hands or feet.

📌 Behavior Notes

First impressions are important; showing clear and firm boundaries early helps build a good relationship

May mark in new environments at first, especially indoors, but stops once he recognizes the space as his own

Very food-motivated and eats well

Intelligent and quick to read situations

❤️ Medical Notes

Food allergies — certain foods need to be restricted

🌈 Rescue Story
Dongdong was rescued just in time from Pyeongtaek Shelter, moments before euthanasia.
Thanks to timely intervention, he was given a second chance at life and is now ready to find his forever family.

Go meet their pets

All our dogs fly from Korea to the US when their adoptions are finalized. Therefore, we cannot provide the "meet and greet." Multiple video clips will be provided, and we will help you walk through the steps to reassure the adopted dog and the adopter are the best match for each other. Some dogs are available for meet and greet if the dogs are fostered in the US.
