Mouse is the quiet, gentle one — a soft-spoken, mild-mannered hound with a calm, observant nature. At 2 years old, he’s the kind of dog who’s happy to be your steady sidekick, taking everything in with quiet confidence. Mouse is treat-motivated and already knows sit and down. He walks beautifully on leash and, like any true hound, enjoys taking his time to sniff and explore — completely unfazed by the commotion around him. In his foster home, Mouse has been excellent with children, very social with a 6-month-old puppy, and slept comfortably in a crate overnight. While he wasn’t particularly fond of the chickens, he was otherwise a sweet, well-behaved boy who truly just wants love.
