Journey’s story began on Halloween, when a tiny 4-week-old kitten climbed the front porch steps of an isolated farmhouse — injured, alone, and incredibly brave. With an infected bug bite on his neck and barely any weight on him, it was a miracle he made it there at all. For such a small boy, it was already an epic journey.
Now at 13 weeks old and 4 pounds, Journey has grown into the perfect mix of sugar and spice. He loves to play rough — all while purring the entire time — and has endless kitten energy that must be fully burned before he’ll agree to nap. He adores attention, has a confident little personality, and definitely prefers to call the shots.
Journey may look like a black cat at first glance, but look closer and you’ll spot his magic ⨠His white undercoat, faint tiger stripes in his tail, and smoky gray ruff reveal that he’s actually a ghost tabby — subtle, mysterious, and absolutely stunning.
This brave, playful, affectionate boy is ready to continue his journey… straight into a forever home of his own Please contact Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrnewengland@gmail.com if you would like to have us send an adoption form
PLEASE NOTE: Our dogs and cats are fostered in Tennessee and can transport weekly up to the Northeast region. Request an application and learn more about Critter Cavalry at https://www.crittercavalry.com/adoption.
