Hiya Friends! My name is Paddy and I'm a super handsome 6yr old male German Shepherd. I am located in North Carolina and available for transport.

1. My owner recently passed away so I'm looking for a new forever home. My nice neighbors are taking great care of me until my forever people come along.

2. I am the perfect gentleman in the house. I don't get on the furniture, I don't have any accidents, I don't mess up anything - I'm basically a dream!

3. I already know multiple commands! I know sit, down, come, leash walking, leave it, and a few others. It would be good to do an obedience refresher to sharpen my skills & it will help us bond!

4. I'm a little overweight and could stand to lose a few pounds. If you have health goals in 2026, let's reach them together! We can take nice walks in the neighborhood and I'll keep you safe from squirrels and birds.

5. I haven't met a stranger. I'm friendly, loving, and have moderate energy. My previous owner use to have dinner parties and I greeted the guests and never begged for food.

6. I am OBSESSED with my chuck-it ball! I love to play ball! I will bring it back to you, drop it at your feet, and wait patiently for it to be tossed. I hope you're ready to play with me.

***IMPORTANT ADOPTION INFORMATION***
-ALL dogs are fostered in TENNESSEE unless otherwise noted
-We do transport dogs to the east coast; a transport fee will apply
-All dogs are up-to-date on vaccinations, heart-worm testing, monthly preventatives, & are spayed or neutered
-Puppies under 6-months of age will require a SPAY/NEUTER CONTRACT, a portion of the adoption fee will be refunded upon documentation of the spay/neuter
-An application must be submitted before scheduling an appointment to meet a dog
-Dogs are introduced to prospective adopters BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
-Due to the high volume of emails we receive, first priority will be given to those with submitted applications
-All rescue work is done by dedicated volunteers, please be respectful of their time
