My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Socks is a sweet, affectionate boy who is bonded with his best friend Susie, and the two are looking for a home together. Socks may take a little time to settle in, but once he’s comfortable, his true personality shines—he is a total cuddle bug who loves relaxing on the bed with his favorite people.
In foster care, Socks has shown how deeply loving he can be. He enjoys close companionship, cozy naps, and spending quality time near those he trusts. He also loves Susie very much and can often be found playing with her, grooming her, or lounging nearby. Their bond is special and helps both of them feel confident and content.

Socks does best with a calm, patient approach and appreciates being given the space to build relationships at his own pace. He tolerates calm, small dogs and is comfortable sharing space once settled. He enjoys enrichment like his scratching tower and uses it regularly.

Socks would thrive in a home that understands that meaningful bonds take time—and once that bond is built, he offers endless affection and loyalty. With Susie by his side, Socks is ready to bring warmth, cuddles, and companionship to a loving home.
