Meet the Pet

Maverick is a sweet and curious kitten. Everything is new and he loves to investigate and sometimes he gets into a little mischief. But that is what kittens do. He will meow at you when he wants to be picked up. He will meow at you when he wants some attention from you. And he’s a bit of a cuddle bug. Loves kisses.
Maverick and his sister Phoenix were trapped by me when I was out one evening feeding a colony of cats not too far from my home. Both kittens were sick. They were taken to the vet the next day. They had an upper respiratory infection and were sent home with antibiotics. Now he’s a healthy, happy little boy. Even though he had a rough start in his life.
Maverick would do well in a home along with his sibling. He is part of a bonded pair. I will be posting his sister Phoenix on this site as well, so please look for her. I have other cats in my house that he gets along well with. A couple in particular. He gravitates to a female cat and a male cat. He doesn’t know what children are, and he doesn’t know what a dog is but, being a kitten, if introduced properly and with time will be most likely fine with both.
Maverick is a healthy little boy with a healthy appetite. He has no special needs. He just really likes to eat a lot. If the other cats in the house don’t always clean their bowl and Maverick will go clean it up all the way for you. So no food is wasted around this little guy - lol
