Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Bones is such a sweet little man! At 4 years old and 32 pounds, he’s the perfect size for just about any household.
Bones enjoys nice long walks and is always happy to spend time with his people. He is house trained, crate trained, and rides well in the car, making him an easy companion whether you`re at home or on the go.
Bones does great with kids and has a calm, well-mannered personality, even around the hustle and bustle of family life. He especially loves softer chew toys and is content relaxing by your side.
If you’re looking for a quiet, gentle, and well-behaved dog to complete your family, Bones might just be the perfect match.

The Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter is open every day from noon to 6pm (excluding limited holidays/events). You can meet our adoptable animals with the convenience of an appointment or as a walk-in. Appointments can be made by emailing adoption@wilcotx.gov.
In addition to our main shelter at 1855 SE Inner Loop, Georgetown, TX 78626, you can also meet adoptable dogs at our satellite location, the Red Poppy Adoptique, located at 110 W L Walden Dr, Georgetown, TX 78626.
Interested in fostering a dog in need? Join our foster team at www.wilcotx.gov/390/Fostering and click on `Foster Questionnaire.`
Looking for a fun way to make a difference? Try our Doggy Day Out program! Take one of our pups on an adventure for a few hours-giving them a much-needed break from the shelter while you enjoy some quality time. The program runs at both locations daily starting at noon.
We always welcome your dogs to come and meet our dogs, too! We`ll see you soon at either location!
