Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Waldo
ID 16655 – Kennel 635
Domestic short hair mix – White – Male – 1.5 years old – 11 lb (estimated adult weight 12–13 lb)
Arrived February 1 (with Bob) – Up to date on vaccines – FIV/FeLV negative – Will be neutered prior to adoption
Waldo arrived at the shelter alongside Bob, and the bond between them is gentle but unmistakable. The sudden change has been a lot to process, and Waldo is still settling in, taking comfort in the presence of the friend he knows best.
Waldo is house trained and dog friendly, and he would do well in a calm home where he can ease into his new life at his own pace. Waldo is ready for a fresh start — a quiet place to land, a soft routine to grow into, and a home where he can finally relax and let his true self shine.
Note - all the listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers. If this cat or dog came in as a lost animal, we do not know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. You can bring your pet to the shelter for a meet & greet with your potential new best friend. When inquiring about a cat or dog, please use THE ID NUMBER.
This pet is available for adoption from Cobb County Animal Services, 1060 Al Bishop Dr. Marietta, GA 30008, (770) 499-4136. Shelter hours: Tues. - Sun. 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., closed Mondays & Holidays. The adoption includes shots, altering, a heartworm or combo test and a microchip.
