Toshi is a 2-year old, intact pure bred Australian Cattle Dog. We re-homed him to us after his previous home had to consolidate the number of dogs on the working farm. He has been adjusting to living in a suburb pretty quickly (has been getting used to sounds of cars, people walking other dogs, visitors to the home, etc.).
Having a young toddler at home, we are finding it difficult to manage the attention and energy between our son and Toshi, which we recognize is not fair to Toshi, who is so loving, energetic, and curious, and are hopeful to find the right new home for him that can provide every loving thing he deserves. We will waive the adoption fee for the right person.
He is very food-motivated, a huge snuggler both on the couch and on the floor, and is protective (he has that cattle dog bark down lol) of his home and people.
