Poe is a 3-year-old black boy with a playful, adventurous spirit and a big curiosity about the world around him. He loves meeting new people and watching whatever you’re up to -- whether that’s cooking, cleaning, or just hanging out. Poe is the kind of cat who wants to be part of the action, happily following you from room to room and keeping you company while you work by sitting right next to you.
The more time you spend with Poe, the more his affectionate side shines. He started out sleeping nearby, but now happily curls up on your chest for cuddles. He thrives on human attention and would do best in a home where someone can give him plenty of love and companionship. Poe has been slowly warming up to a small dog he sees occasionally, but people are definitely his favorite—and he’s ready to be someone’s loyal little shadow.
Poe was found in a garage in Cypress Hills, where he'd been hunkered down for days until we found him.
He's neutered, vaccinated, negative for FIV and FeLV, and super ready for his forever home!
