Teddy:
🦴 Is a silly, happy boy, who loves playing fetch and tug of war and rolling on the floor with his toys. He loves running outside in the yard and exploring, no matter the weather. He’s fast!
🦴 Has good manners – he’s house trained and crate trained. He adapts to your routine quickly - he knows when it’s time to leave for work and goes right in his kennel without a command.
🦴 Is very well trained and knows many commands - sit, down, leave it, and waits for the “free” command before eating or getting treats/bones.
Teddy needs:
🦴 An only dog home, as he’s food possessive and exhibits resource guarding with toys and bones.
🦴A family that understands his possessiveness and takes it seriously, not only
today but down the road.
🦴A fenced yard. He’s fast and could be a runner until he’s settled.
🦴 A home with older and more dog-savvy kids (that can recognize when he needs space).
🦴No cats

We want to find the best possible home for our dogs. We have a thorough process. After the home visit and the volunteer submits their notes, we approve or deny.
If it is approved, the applicant's application will be forwarded to fosters to review. If they are selected, meet and greets take place to determine if it is a good fit. If so, both foster/applicant determine if they want to move forward.
