My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This beautiful red girl is Lucy. Lucy is about 6 months old. She is believed to be a beagle and hound mix. Lucy currently weights 27lbs at 6 months and will likely be a medium-sized girl. Lucy and her sister Annie came to Rico care after they were diagnosed with Parvo and their owners surrendered them. Lucy is very sweet and loving. She sleeps in her crate quietly at night. Lucy is doing great with potty training outside if she is kept on a schedule. Lucy keeps her crate clean overnight. Lucy is great with children and other dogs and she loves people, laps, treats, and toys. Lucy would love a family with a yard or an active family that loves outdoors adventures and walks! She is a beagle mix after all and her nose demands good sniffs!!

If you love beagles and hounds, apply to meet Lucy at ricopetrecovery.org. The adoption fee for Lucy is $350. The fee includes vaccines and the spay surgery and a microchip at our partner veterinarian.
