Merlin is a quiet little sorcerer in a tuxedo coat, a five-year-old boy who has weathered many chapters and now longs for a peaceful place to call his own. Merlin finds comfort in covered beds and humble cardboard boxes, where he can dream in soft shadows and gather his courage. Merlin delights in gentle head scritches, rolling blissfully in catnip, and climbing his cat trees like enchanted towers meant just for him. And when Merlin finally trusts and lets his guard down, his true magic appears—not in spells or sparks, but in the calm, tender way he shares his heart with those who offer him patience and peace.
