Meet this sweet little guy! We believe he may be a Spaniel or Papillon mix, around 4 years old and about 10 pounds—perfect lap-sized companion energy. He’s a bit shy when you first meet him and may take a minute to warm up, but once he does, his gentle and loving personality really shines. He’s the kind of dog who bonds deeply and would do best with someone patient who understands that good things are worth waiting for. More about this rescue

Friends of Orange County's Homeless Pets (FOCHP) is a licensed 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

The mission of our organization is to make homeless and unwanted pets in Orange
County more adoptable and provide them
the opportunity to find lifelong families. This mission will be accomplished with training, grooming services, veterinary services and rescue. This program is designed to promote the adoption of shelter animals, thus reducing the number of adoptable animals that are euthanized in the Orange County shelters.
