Take the Pet Home
This helps The Dancing Cat with pet care costs.
Duchess is an eight-year-old sweetheart with a gentle soul and a true love for lap time. Affectionate, calm, and devoted to her people, she is searching for the forever home she so deeply deserves. She would do best as an only cat or with one very mellow feline companion.
At five years old, Duchess was heartbreakingly abandoned and left on the street before ending up in a shelter. We were able to pull her and place her into a loving home, hoping it would be her happily-ever-after. Sadly, despite every effort, the adopter’s other cat has continued to viciously attack her, leaving Duchess living in fear.
Making the decision to rehome her has been incredibly difficult, but it comes from a place of love and wanting what is truly best for Duchess—a peaceful home where she can feel safe and cherished.
If you’re looking for a loyal companion who will bring you years of comfort and joy, Duchess is your girl. She’s a little talker who lets you know just how happy and content she is
Duchess is spayed, fully vaccinated, has had a dental cleaning, and is in excellent health.
Duchess is being cared for by a member of the community. To arrange to meet this cat or find out more, please fill out our application here: https://www.thedancingcat.org/adopt-courtesy
