Phoebe was located as a stray and after a couple weeks her owner was not found. She is a happy and playful girl that loves food. She has a moderate energy level and likes playing with stuffed toys. She has been doing well other dogs, it is unknown how she is with cats or kids. She knows sit but still needs practice with other basic training and is willing to learn if you provide the treats. She is very friendly and wants to be where the people are.
