Mona is a sweet, gentle, and affectionate 13-year-old cat who loves people. She will happily jump on your lap and start purring and is chatty in the sweetest way, often joining you to be near you, though she also loves her sleep and won’t wake from a nap just to hang out. She adores being brushed and soaking up attention.
Mona has hyperthyroidism (daily meds) and intestinal lymph node issues (possible IBD or cancer), and takes a daily steroid to help manage her stool. She needs someone who can continue her medications and monitor her health, but she’s otherwise a loving, social, and engaging companion.
With her gentle, affectionate personality, Mona would thrive in a patient, loving home where she can enjoy attention and companionship, she’s sure to steal your heart!
