Meet Lucy!
Lucy is a playful, curious girl who's just a bit braver than her brother. She loves toys, playing with her brother, and exploring- even if something looks a little scary at first. Like Leo, she prefers to approach people on her own, but once she decides you're safe, she's all in: purring loudly, soaking up pets, and enjoying being held.
Lucy is litter box trained, gets along well with other cats, and may do okay with dogs, given some gentle exposure. She's shy at first but warms up quickly, especially with someone who's patient and kind. Lucy would be a wonderful addition to a home looking for a sweet kitten with a playful spirit and a growing sense of confidence.

More about this rescue

Lucky Paws Midwest's goal is to work with animal shelters, animal control facilities, rescues and individuals all across the U.S. to help place at risk animals into foster homes and eventually permanent homes.

Since we do not currently have a shelter, all animals are placed in foster homes. The majority of our foster homes reside in Western Wisconsin, but we are willing to work with people all over the country!
